• The substation has compact structure, small area and external radiator, which has better cooling effect. The substation adopts new transformer series technology, reasonable structure, safe and reliable; Transformer oil is used as the insulating medium of 10kV or 35kV side high voltage components, which greatly reduces the safety distance; The oil tank adopts a completely closed structure to isolate the oil and the atmosphere, reduce the chlorination process and the involvement of water and gas, improve the stability, reliability and safety of the system equipment, and use the chip radiator is convenient for disassembly and maintenance;
• The box is treated with special shot peening process, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-exposure ability, and can effectively resist the erosion of wind sand;
• The low voltage side adopts domestic intelligent circuit breaker and plastic-case air switch, which has high breaking capacity and good protection performance.
• The transformer tank can be equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer with communication interface, and the load switch can be equipped with a travel switch to realize remote monitoring, operation and pile protection of the transformer.
• The box adopts full seal design, the protection level of high and low pressure chamber can reach IP54, and the transformer body can reach IP68.
